Desktop workbook data

xlLens processes selected workbooks locally. The desktop comparison engine does not upload workbook contents to xlLens or FULLSTACKHUB servers.

Trial download requests

When you request a trial, we use the email address you provide to deliver a private installer link. We temporarily process the request time and network address to prevent abuse. The link expires 24 hours after delivery. No workbook is transferred during this process.

Payments

Paddle, our merchant-of-record payment provider, processes payment and billing information under its privacy notice. xlLens does not directly store payment card details.
