Desktop workbook data

xlLens processes selected workbooks locally. The desktop comparison engine does not upload workbook contents to xlLens or FULLSTACKHUB servers.

Installer downloads

The macOS installer can be downloaded directly from our public CDN without providing an email address. The CDN may process standard request data such as IP address, request time, and browser information for delivery and security. The Windows app is distributed through Microsoft Store. No workbook is transferred during this process.

Payments

Paddle, our merchant-of-record payment provider, processes payment and billing information under its privacy notice. xlLens does not directly store payment card details.

Optional usage analytics

We load Google Analytics 4 (GA4) only after you allow analytics. To improve the site and understand the purchase journey, we measure page URL, title and language; page views and scroll milestones; internal CTA, outbound-link and support-email clicks; installer and license-file downloads; selected edition, quantity and payment method; and checkout starts, completions, cancellations and errors. We do not intentionally send form values, email addresses, license keys or workbook contents in analytics events. Advertising storage, user data and personalization remain denied.

Before explicit permission, GA4 is not loaded, no analytics request is sent, and rejected events are not retained for later delivery. Rejecting has no effect on browsing, downloads, purchases or any other feature. You can change your choice at any time below or through Cookie settings in every page footer.
